ummmm, he worked for AA and you're surprised?Not saying that they were all crooks, but it was definately pervasive in their culture.

people need to understand the mentality here - why did he and other do things like this? Its not so much because they have a criminal mentality, its because they think they deserve it. They think since their in their position and they work etc. they deserve to have more, regardless how much they might already have. They also don't think it will do any harm if some in their family can gain by things like this. On a very small scale thats probably true but mostly their just getting in on making money they were not entitled to get.
